With over 30 years of global culinary expertise, Chef Arjun Khanal is a master of Indian, Chinese, and Western fusion cuisine. He has had the honor of serving Bollywood legend Amitabh Bachchan, Dubai’s royalty, and UK dignitaries, including at a charity event for London’s Mayor. His remarkable journey spans India, Dubai, China, and the UK, where he has worked in renowned restaurants and even appeared on Saturday Kitchen alongside Jamie Oliver. A highly decorated chef, he has won multiple prestigious food competitions and mentored award-winning young talents.
