With over 24 years of culinary experience, Chef Bhaskar Sood brings a wealth of knowledge, creativity, and leadership to Chor Bazaarr. Having worked across luxury hotels, premium airline lounges, fine dining restaurants, and renowned Indian kitchens, he has built a reputation for delivering exceptional food and memorable dining experiences.

Chef Bhaskar combines authentic Indian flavours with modern culinary techniques, focusing on quality ingredients, elegant presentation, and consistent excellence. He leads the development of Chor Bazaarr's menus, including our High Chai experience, Royal Indian Brunch, refreshed À La Carte offerings, and signature desserts, ensuring every dish reflects the restaurant's passion for innovation and authenticity.

The highly anticipated list and guide, which celebrates the very best of Asian cuisine nationwide, was revealed at a prestigious ceremony at the House of Commons in London.The elite ranking is a massive achievement, chosen through a combination of public votes and assessments by a panel of expert ACF judges.
